The brand asset library is where you upload, review, and retire the real images Deloosh may use. Drafts and image edits accept active library assets only; Deloosh does not generate replacement imagery or accept arbitrary external image URLs.
Upload an image
- Select Library at the top of the Workbench.
- Choose a PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP file.
- Add optional alt text.
- Select Upload.
A successful upload appears as an active asset. If the same image bytes already exist for your workspace, Deloosh reuses the existing library item and refreshes the list instead of registering a duplicate.
Manage library status
The Library shows active and candidate assets with a preview and status badge. Select Confirm to make a candidate active, or Archive to remove an active or candidate item from normal use.
Use an image in a draft
Select an editable image block in the Email Preview, then choose an active item under Library image. Deloosh checks that the asset belongs to your workspace, is active, and is a supported image kind before applying the swap.
“No active library images” means the picker has nothing eligible to place. Return to Library, upload or confirm an image, and try again.
