Deloosh blocks performance or effectiveness claims unless a confirmed proof asset states the whole sentence. The refusal appears as unsupported_performance_claim: “Performance/effectiveness claims require an explicit proof_asset claim.”
What the gate treats as a performance claim
The deterministic check looks for claims such as a lift, increase, improvement, conversion, revenue result, ROI, “proven to,” “best-performing,” or a guarantee tied to a performance outcome. A metric such as a percentage, dollar amount, or multiplier can also make a performance statement subject to proof.
This is a claim check, not a style preference. A plausible sentence is still unsupported when the supplied evidence does not establish it.
The proof must match the whole sentence
A proof asset cannot bless one phrase inside a larger generated claim. After normalization, the proof asset’s claim must match the complete sentence Deloosh wants to use.
For example, a proof asset that states “Customers saved 10%” does not support “Customers saved 10% and doubled repeat purchases.” The second outcome needs its own complete source-backed claim.
How to fix the refusal
- Remove the performance statement.
- Rewrite it as a non-performance description that does not promise an outcome.
- Confirm a proof asset that states the complete sentence, then draft again.
