The assistant

Chat capabilities, attachments, limits, and errors.

CHAT-1

What can I ask the assistant?

Ask it to read anything in your workspace, to explain what it finds, and to do the things you can do yourself — plan a send, draft, edit a block, snooze or dismiss a Signal, pause or resume sending, scan your site. It cannot send email, because no send tool exists.

CHAT-2

What the assistant will never do

It will never send an email, invent a number, discuss another customer, or tell you what a draft will say before the draft exists. These are not settings — they are the assistant's floor, and you cannot talk it out of them.

CHAT-3

Chat errors: busy, timeout, failed

Chat errors appear below the composer as a code and a message. A turn that failed before the assistant ran any tool changed nothing and is safe to retry. A turn that failed after a tool had already run may have taken that action — check the Stream or the Workbench before you ask again.

CHAT-4

Attaching images in chat

You can attach up to 4 images to one message — PNG, JPEG, GIF, or WebP , each 5 MiB or smaller — with the + button, or by pasting straight into the composer. Be deliberate about what you attach: an image you attach in chat is added to your brand asset library as an active asset , which makes it selectable as a library image in an email draft.
