How Deloosh drafts your email

Last verified

Deloosh combines your brief and campaign goal with the recommended play, audience, confirmed brand context, governed examples, and proof assets. It returns a reviewable email draft, then runs deterministic truthfulness checks before showing you usable copy.

What goes into a draft

The drafting request can include:

  • your brief, campaign goal, audience, and send class;
  • the recommended play and its message job;
  • confirmed voice rules and design tokens from your Brand Reference Library;
  • governed examples, with their source and evidence limits preserved;
  • confirmed proof assets; and
  • coverage gaps—facts the source material does not establish.

Missing brand context stays missing. Deloosh uses a deliberately plain starting point instead of guessing at your voice or design richness.

What comes back

A successful result contains subject variants, a recommended subject, an optional preheader, and HTML and plain-text bodies. The result also carries provenance about the sources used.

Before the body is released, the never-invent gate checks it for unsupported claims and other evidence misuse. If an error-severity finding appears, the body is withheld and the Workbench shows a refusal rationale instead. See DR-2, Why was my draft refused?.

Drafting never sends the email. “Approve & draft” ends with material for you to inspect, as explained in SIG-2, What happens when I click “Approve & draft”?.
