“Approve & draft” asks Deloosh to prepare a draft and send plan for the recommended play. It does not send the email; sending is a separate step—see SEND-1, Nothing sends without your approval.
What Deloosh prepares
After the action completes, the Workbench opens the draft and plan. Depending on the available content and data, you can inspect:
- an Email Preview with the recommended subject, subject variants, and draft body;
- Send Plan metrics for audience, suppressions, recent sends, and the soft cap;
- an advisory placement light and its basis;
- safe-send-by timing and halt headroom; and
- recipient dossiers with suppression and lifecycle evidence.
The drafting service uses the brief, audience, confirmed brand context, available exemplars, and proof assets, then runs deterministic never-invent checks. If the checks or sending-health rules refuse the draft, the Workbench shows the rationale and a recommended next step instead of pretending a usable draft exists.
What you approve—and what you do not
You are approving the drafting step for that Signal. You are not granting standing permission to send, approving every recipient, or bypassing the final send checks.
You can review the result, request a modification, annotate a supported block, or make a supported direct edit before any send decision. See OS-4, The Workbench: inspect before you act for the inspection surface.
