Deloosh treats deliverability statements as hard factual claims and blocks them unless a confirmed proof asset states the whole sentence. The refusal appears as unsupported_deliverability_fact: “Deliverability facts require an explicit proof_asset claim.”
Which statements need proof
The gate checks sentences about topics including:
- inbox placement or the spam folder;
- spam, complaint, or bounce rates;
- sender or domain reputation;
- DMARC, DKIM, or SPF;
- blocklists or DNS-based blocklists; and
- deliverability as a factual outcome.
The rule is deliberately strict. Deloosh should not make an inbox or reputation statement simply because it sounds technically credible.
How to fix the refusal
Remove or soften the factual statement, or supply a confirmed proof asset that states the complete sentence. An approved phrase cannot be grafted into a broader unsupported claim; the whole-sentence rule in DR-3, Performance claims need proof applies here too.
