A suppression is a record that prevents Deloosh from mailing an address because of consent or deliverability evidence. Consent suppressions are reversible after a genuine re-opt-in; complaints, hard bounces, and manual blocks are sticky and require an administrator to clear.
For example, an unsubscribe can lift if the same person opts in again, but that opt-in does not erase a hard-bounce suppression.
