Signals & decisions

Understand Signal cards, plays, evidence, and decisions.

SIG-8

"Awaiting your decision" cards and approvals

An “Awaiting your decision” card marks an item that needs the decision path attached to it. For a pending send approval, the card states: “Resolves only through the approval flow — it cannot be dismissed.”

SIG-7

The dormant-subscribers (sunset) signal

The sunset Signal identifies subscribers with no verifiable click across the configured dormant period and enough delivered marketing emails to support the condition. It recommends a governed graceful-exit play so you can stop repeatedly mailing people who no longer engage.

SIG-9

What are plays and guardrails?

A play is a named strategy move Deloosh can propose when the evidence fits; it uses approved moves instead of inventing new ones. Guardrails are the governed conditions and constraints attached to that move.

SIG-2

What happens when I click "Approve & draft"?

“Approve & draft” asks Deloosh to prepare a draft and send plan for the recommended play. It does not send the email; sending is a separate step—see SEND-1, Nothing sends without your approval .

SIG-1

What is a Signal?

A Signal is a card where Deloosh flags a condition it found and proposes a known play with the evidence attached. It asks for a decision; it does not take the recommended action by itself.

SIG-5

Dismissing a signal (and why we ask why)

Don't remind again declines a Signal and stops it being raised at you. What happens next depends on the Signal's severity: an advisory is dismissed on the spot, while a needs attention Signal asks you to confirm and to say why.

SIG-6

Reading the counterfactual and confidence basis

The counterfactual is the line beginning "If you do nothing:" — Deloosh's account of what the condition costs you if it goes unaddressed. The basis underneath it labels the quality of that estimate instead of dressing it up as a confidence percentage.

SIG-4

Snoozing a signal

Snoozing puts a Signal to sleep until a time you choose, then brings it back. Use it when the Signal is fair but the timing is wrong — nothing about the underlying condition is changed, accepted, or resolved.

SIG-3

Using "Modify" and "Explain more"

Modify drafts the recommended play with your instruction attached; Explain more opens the reasoning behind the Signal without changing anything. Neither one sends email, and neither commits you to the play.

SIG-10

Why is a play locked ("connect data")?

A play is locked when its required data source is not marked present. The live lock and connect-ask name the missing source, but the click and purchase source-detection wiring is still landing.
