Vitals is the summary of your sending health and current workload. Open it with the Vitals button at the bottom of the Chats sidebar — it takes over the middle of the screen until you switch back to a chat or the Stream. It shows what Deloosh knows from your sending records and recorded engagement, not from email opens.
Sending health
The green, amber, or red light is Deloosh’s current health state. Beneath it, Bounce rate and Complaint rate show harmful outcomes as a share of delivered email, with a caption naming the basis of the reading.
A red light is safety-relevant: the email specialist refuses to draft while health is red. Bounce and complaint rates are only part of what moves the light — see SEND-16, The sending-health light for the full set of inputs.
Sending and click activity
Sent, last 30d shows the number of sends in the displayed period. Click rate compares the current period with the previous one and names its basis, such as clicked_at_over_delivered.
Email opens are absent from Vitals on purpose. Mailbox privacy features and prefetching make opens unreliable, so Vitals neither shows them nor uses them for sending health or engagement. Open-count disclosure is a separate, caveated assistant function: when the assistant surface is available, you may ask for a recorded count, but Deloosh still will not treat it as evidence. Decisions awaiting you
The attention box shows how many decisions are waiting. It pulses red when the top stakes are high and amber otherwise. When the count is zero it says “Nothing needs you right now.”
Pause breaker
The pause breaker is the account-level stop switch, and it lives here. Pause all asks for confirmation and a reason; Resume restarts email activity.
While sending is paused, a red banner across the top of the workspace says so, with your reason — so a pause stays visible even when you are not looking at Vitals.
Pausing does not approve, draft, or send anything. It holds email activity until you resume it. See SEND-10, The pause breaker.
When Vitals cannot load
If the reading is unavailable, Vitals says so plainly rather than showing you a stale or invented figure.
