A send plan is the pre-flight check showing who would get an email, who Deloosh is leaving out, and why, before you approve anything. It appears in the Workbench after Approve & draft, alongside the draft itself — read it as the “what will actually happen” description you are approving against.
The metrics grid
Four numbers sit at the top of the Send Plan panel:
- Audience — how many people would receive this.
- Suppressions — the total number of suppression rows in your workspace. This is context about the workspace, not the number excluded from this audience. See SEND-4, Suppressions: who Deloosh will never email.
- 30d sends — the total marketing sends from your workspace in the last 30 days. It is tenant-wide, not this audience’s exposure.
- Soft cap — the coaching threshold applied separately to each recipient. See SEND-6, Frequency protection: soft cap and hard ceiling.
Do not compare 30d sends with Soft cap: one is a workspace-wide marketing total and the other is a per-recipient threshold. The grid places different kinds of context together; it does not turn them into one calculation.
Advisory placement
A green, amber, or red badge estimating where this mail is likely to land, with a basis caption naming what the estimate is built from.
Read the word advisory literally. This is a simulation, not a measurement and not a promise — nobody can tell you where a message will land before it is sent. Deloosh shows you its estimate and labels the quality of it rather than dressing a guess up as a number. An amber or red placement badge is a reason to look harder at the audience and the content, not a reason to assume failure.
Safe-send-by and halt headroom
- Safe-send-by — the latest time this audience can go out without pushing your sending harder than is safe, plus whether your deadline is feasible and what Deloosh recommends if it is not.
- Halt headroom — the projected adverse-signal budget (bounces, complaints) for this send and how much of that budget remains.
Both carry the basis label advisory / conservative. They are projections and recommendations; Deloosh does not yet hold or spread sends automatically. See SEND-12, Safe-send-by, pacing, and “split or move the deadline”.
Recipient dossiers
Below the plan are dossiers for the first ten people in the audience: their recorded message lifecycle and any suppression sources. The panel does not render a dossier for every audience member. See SEND-14, Recipient dossiers.
What the plan is not
It is not a send, and opening it changes nothing. The Workbench never mutates anything by being looked at — you can open a plan, read every dossier, and walk away, and nothing has happened. See OS-4, The Workbench: inspect before you act.
It is also not a guarantee that every person in Audience will receive the mail. The plan is built from what is true now; the pre-send safety battery runs again at send time, and a suppression or a frequency ceiling that trips between now and then will still stop that individual message. The send plan also does not show a holdout percentage. Holdout belongs to the draft proposal, not this panel.
